How to Activate KAMEL PRO on Smart TV - Complete MAC & QR Guide 2026

Just installed KAMEL PRO on your TV and you see a black screen with MAC address and Activation ID? Don't worry, this is normal. This guide shows you how to activate KAMEL PRO in 60 seconds using your phone, no technical knowledge needed.

What You See on TV After Install

When you open KAMEL PRO for the first time, you will see:

MAC Address: Looks like 12:34:56:AB:CD:EF - unique ID of your TV
Activation ID: 6-digit number like 123456
QR Code: Black and white square

You need to link this TV to your account on kamel-pro.com. After linking, your playlists will appear automatically.

Method 1: Activate with Phone Camera - QR Code (Recommended - 30 seconds)

Step 1: Go to kamel-pro.com on your phone

Open Chrome on your phone, type kamel-pro.com and click "Activate with QR".

Step 2: Allow camera and scan TV

Your phone will ask for camera permission - click Allow. Point camera at QR code on TV screen from 20-30cm distance. The MAC and ID will be filled automatically. If scan fails, try Method 2 below.

Step 3: Click Login and Activate

After scan, click "Login". You will enter dashboard. Your TV is now activated. Add your M3U playlist (see our guide How to Add M3U) and it will appear on TV instantly.

Method 2: Activate Manually with MAC and ID

Step 1: Write down MAC and ID from TV

On paper or phone notes, write exactly as shown. MAC is case-insensitive but must have colons : Example: AA:BB:CC:DD:EE:FF

Step 2: Enter on website

Go to kamel-pro.com, enter MAC and ID manually, double-check, click Login.

Smart TVs with Android (Sony Bravia Android, TCL, Hisense Android, Philips Android)
Amazon Fire TV Stick / Firestick 4K
Windows via Android emulator (BlueStacks)
Not yet for Samsung Tizen or LG WebOS - we are working on it

Common Activation Errors and Fixes

Error: "Invalid MAC or ID"
Fix: Make sure you typed : colons in MAC. ID is 6 digits only. Do not add spaces. If still fails, restart TV app to get new ID and try again.

Error: "Device not found"
Fix: Your TV lost internet. Check WiFi on TV, open YouTube to test internet, then reopen KAMEL PRO.

QR not scanning
Fix: Make room brighter, clean phone camera, hold phone steady, distance 20cm. Or use manual method.

How Many TVs Can I Activate?

Currently you can activate multiple TVs with same account. Each TV has unique MAC. Manage all from same dashboard. If you sell your TV box, go to dashboard and click "Deactivate" to remove it.

Is Activation Free?

Yes, activation is free during beta period 2026. In future, there may be a small one-time fee to cover server costs (Supabase hosting, domain). No monthly fees, no hidden charges.

Security and Privacy

MAC address is not sensitive like password, but we still encrypt it. We do not store your IP, location, or what you watch. Activation data stored securely in EU servers (Supabase). You can delete your device anytime by contacting Matrix332008@gmail.com

Important: KAMEL PRO is a media player only. We do not provide any IPTV content, channels, or subscriptions. Activation only links your TV to our playlist management system. You must provide your own legal M3U link from authorized provider. We are not responsible for content you add.
